Junie B. exhibits the many traits of a headstrong youngster, from her persistence to her amusing defiance. And just try and keep up with her raidly developing philosophy. Volumes can be written about this girlie's worldview, from cribs ("A crib is a bed with bars on the side of it. It's kind of like a cage at the zoo. Except with a crib, you can put your hand through the bars. And the baby won't pull you in and kill you") to water fountains ("No putting your mouth on the water spout. Or else germs will get inside you. And you will die"). Full of surprises and endowed with an extra-large sense of humor, Junie B. Jones is decidedly the funniest kindergartner in the world.
