Asmahaney Saad is more than a lawyer, she is a storyteller, mentor, and servant leader at heart. For over 15 years, she has practiced law across Uganda and East Africa, building a distinguished career that has earned her recognition as an award-winning advocate and governance leader. Today, she co-leads a respected Ugandan law firm and serves on several prominent boards, including UBA Uganda, Next Media, Epson Energy, and various nonprofit organizations. Her story begins in a large polygamous family of more than twenty siblings, an upbringing that shaped her resilience, grounded her faith, and instilled in her the courage to chart her own path. That foundation fuels her mission to help women and youth discover who they are, embrace their purpose, and create sustainable wealth. Asmahaney’s impact reaches far beyond the boardroom. She has mentored hundreds of young people, led discipleship programs and church ministries, and continues to inspire through her writing and public speaking. Every message she shares carries one heartbeat: to see people thrive. At home, she is a devoted wife and mother of two sons. Beyond her home, she is a woman committed to lifting others as she climbs—empowering families, friends, and communities through education, mentorship, and opportunity. For Asmahaney, true success is not measured by titles or accolades, but by the seeds of faith, empowerment, and transformation she plants wherever she goes.
