--------------------------------
The winds of change are blowing in the tiny town of Divine as Sherry, one of Joanna Pepperdine’s Second Chance residents spreads her wings and moves into a small apartment downtown.
Jo is proud of Sherry’s courage to move out on her own, but soon grows concerned when a string of disturbing incidents start to plague the woman. It appears that not all of the locals are happy to see the former convict move into their town. The minor incidents escalate and Jo is forced to investigate who is targeting her former resident.
In the meantime, Jo is asked to consider taking in a soon-to-be-released felon who has a long list of demands. Jo’s first response is a definite “no,” but she’s forced to reconsider when she discovers she may need the woman in order to keep her doors open.
Will Jo get to the bottom of who’s behind Sherry’s harassment before it turns deadly? Will she regret taking in a troublesome tenant that could threaten the peace and harmony at the farm?
