I’ve trained a lot of internal power methods, and I’ve written many books with insights gleaned from all that work. It’s been good as far as it goes, but people have constantly told me that, though they like my stuff, they’re confused. They don’t know where and how to begin with it all. I haven't offered a limited set of low-resource, low-demand, maximally optimized drills. Biggest bang for the buck. That would be nice to have, because many interested people lack the time, space, physical prerequisites or other necessities for immersive training in deep and complex internal traditions.
This present book instructs the most minimal, highly optimized, and precision-tuned set of internal power drills you’ll probably ever see. They are low-resource, simple movements, with accompanying mental directives, that I’ve boiled down from more than five decades of fully immersive training in traditional and modern systems under highly respected masters. Basic versions of some of these drills have been touched on in my previous works, but now I'm providing every detailed instruction for both the mental and physical protocols to max these out. The resulting Internal Power experience will blow you away. The drills are all very simple to learn and easy to practice. No drill requires more than two minutes daily. All drills are fully compatible with any other internal system (Tai Chi, Yoga, Aikido, Qi Gong, Zen, etc.) you may wish to retain as your main practice, but any one of these alone, or the full set, will massively amplify the effect of such practices.
